Social Media, Technology and a Smaller World

With increasing usage and sociocultural impact of social media, discussions on:

  • attitudes and social habits of the millennial that impact on organisations,
  • brands, organisations & leaders being authentic in social media to obtain engagement

have been on the rise. Summed up, all of this brings about a world more connected where people, organisations, brands are but just a click away from their image, equity and reputation being affected.
